APSIPA ASC 2026 invites authors to submit original, unpublished research papers. All submissions must be made electronically through the EDAS submission system. Please read these guidelines carefully before preparing your manuscript.
NOTE: APSIPA ASC 2026 is planned as an in-person conference held in Bangkok, Thailand (November 9-12, 2026). Presenters are expected to attend in person unless subject to personal health, VISA, or national restrictions.
For detailed instructions regarding paper length, margins, fonts, and layout styles, please refer to the APSIPA ASC 2026 Formatting Guidelines.
Full papers must be compatible with IEEE Xplore format.
⚠ ONLY PDF FILES ARE ACCEPTED.
⚠ ALL authors must have accounts on the EDAS system and be included in the submission. Their information (emails and affiliations) on EDAS must match exactly with the authors listed in the manuscript.
APSIPA ASC 2026 implements a single-blind review process. A committee of reviewers will rate manuscripts according to quality, relevance, and correctness. You may monitor the status of your paper as it progresses through the review process by logging into the EDAS portal.
Authors will be notified of acceptance or non-acceptance by email, potentially including reviewer comments.
Note: Due to the short timeline, APSIPA ASC 2026 is not able to allow for a two-way discourse between authors and reviewers. Report any logistical errors to the secretariat immediately.
If accepted, at least one author must register by the deadline and present the paper. Papers presented on-site will be indexed in IEEE Xplore.
⚠ Each accepted paper MUST have at least one author registered (with full registration) with payment received by the deadline to avoid withdrawal.
Always put the conference name (APSIPA ASC 2026) and your paper number on all correspondence.
All accepted papers to be included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library must be validated through IEEE PDF eXpress to ensure IEEE Xplore compatibility before being submitted via EDAS as the camera-ready manuscript.
1. Please modify your manuscript by keeping in mind the reviewer comments and anything else you would like to edit before making your final manuscript.
2. Please ensure that you are using IEEE format of writing, and that all the fonts are of embedded type in the content itself. This is an important step to ensure your PDF passes the IEEE PDF eXpress check.
