Registration rates for the APSIPA Annual Summit and Conference 2026
are listed below. All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD). Advance rates apply to
registrations completed by the early-bird deadline; regular rates apply thereafter.

- For an accepted paper to be published in the conference proceedings, it must be covered by at least ONE full registration on or before August 15, 2026 (23:59 GMT+8).
- Each author's full registration can cover at most TWO papers.
- No paper can be covered with a student registration. Student registration fees are applicable only to full-time students.
- The organizers cannot guarantee on-site registrants the availability of conference kit and seats for attending the welcome reception and banquet.
- Papers without a full registration will be withdrawn from the program and the proceedings.
What does “full registration” mean?
To clarify, “full registration” means completing the entire registration process,
including full payment of the registration fee. It is not a partial or “half”
registration. In other words, the registering author must complete the standard registration
(a full member or non-member category) in full, rather than paying only part of the fee.
Please note that a student registration cannot be used to cover a paper.
To secure a paper's place in the technical programme and proceedings, the covering registration
must be completed in full under one of the non-student (member or non-member) categories.
Registration Deadlines
- Registration (to cover paper) deadline*: August 15, 2026
- Advanced Registration (Early-bird) deadline: October 1, 2026
- Regular Registration deadline: 2 October 2026 – 12 November 2026

This is the deadline by which each accepted paper must be covered by a full author
registration. To be included in the technical programme and the IEEE Xplore
proceedings, every accepted paper must have at least one author who has
completed a full registration (with payment) on or before August 15, 2026.
Papers that are not covered by a full registration by this date may be
withdrawn and will not appear in the proceedings. This paper-covering
deadline is separate from, and earlier than, the Advanced (Early-bird) and Regular
registration deadlines shown above — those apply to attendance, while
August 15, 2026 is what secures your paper's place in the programme.
Please be advised that the registration fee is non-refundable.
Once the registration process is completed and payment is made, the fee cannot be
returned under any circumstances.
